San Francisco Photography Class at Makeshift Society: March 1st 2014

San Francisco Photograph Class

San Francisco Photograph Class

Announcing my first San Francisco photography class of 2014, at the wonderful Makeshift Society. I'll be teaching alongside one of my favorite local photogs (and an old photo student of mine), Sarah Deragon of Portraits to the People. Sarah is not only an expert at iPhone photography, she is also an amazing, kind, creative and warm portrait photographer who will put you at ease and bring out your most confident and charismatic side. That is a whole lot to ask of a photographer, but she does it with such ease and expertise. If you need a corporate head shot, family photos, wedding photos, online dating photo etc- I can't recommend her more.

Our class will focus on simple yet effective techniques for natural light portraiture, one of my favorite topics. There will be some class time, as well as field time for students to work together and create portraits out and about in the Makeshift Society neighborhood (Hayes Valley), as well as a group critique and time for Q+A with the teachers. Space is limited to only 20 students, and this will fill up quickly. I look forward to seeing you there!

Though I'm an analog photographer, DIGITAL and IPHONE photogs are very welcome!
